CJ Stroud waited almost as long as he could to make it official. The Buckeye QB is headed to the NFL and will likely be a top-10 pick if not top-5. Over the last two years, Stroud threw for 8,123 yards and 85 touchdowns, which both landed 2nd in the Ohio State record books behind JT Barrett.
Where do the Buckeyes go from here? Kyle McCord will likely get the nod for Ohio State next season. McCord is a former 5-Star recruit who has waited his turn, something that is becoming a rare sight. McCord will be a junior next year and has seen action in 12 games, throwing for just over 600 yards and 3 touchdowns. Ohio State will have plenty of weapons returning like always. Possibly the best WR and RB duos in the nation with Marvin Harrison Jr and Treveyon Henderson.
