Luke Fickell has wasted no time trying to address the notorious ground-and-pound offense at Wisconsin. So far Wisconsin has brought in three quarterbacks, headlined by SMU transfer Tanner Mordecai. Wisconsin had also attacked their receiving core needs through the portal as well. Adding four WRs so far with the most recent and experienced addition being Bryson Green from Oklahoma State.
Once rumored to be hitting the transfer portal, Braelon Allen appears to be pumped for the changes on offense as well based on his tweet about facing 9 man boxes in the run game. Allen may not have the workload he has experienced over the past two years, but he could definitely see his efficiency improve with the changes to the offense.
Wisconsin has also added two offensive linemen who followed Fickell from Cincinnati.
